Affinity Groups: Safe Spaces for Connection and Support

Affinity groups bring together individuals who share common identities or experiences, such as race, gender, grief, or parenting.

These groups create safe, supportive environments where members connect with others who understand their unique challenges.

Affinity groups foster a sense of belonging, offer emotional support, and empower participants to navigate personal or societal issues. They provide spaces for healing, growth, and collective resilience, helping individuals strengthen both personally and within their communities.

Therapeutic Men’s Group

A supportive environment designed for men to openly share, reflect, and form meaningful connections with others. The group focuses on emotional growth, fostering vulnerability, and creating a space for discussing topics related to masculinity and mental well-being.

Therapeutic BIPOC Group

Safe, supportive spaces for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) to share their experiences, especially those related to race, identity, and cultural context. These groups aim to provide healing from the effects of systemic oppression and promote resilience within BIPOC communities.

Therapeutic Drumming Group

A group that uses rhythm and drumming as a tool for therapeutic emotional release, stress relief, and community building. The act of drumming together encourages connection, grounding, and the non-verbal expression of emotions. Participating in these groups has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and promote a sense of empowerment.

Psychedelic Integration Circle

A safe and grounding space for individuals to process and integrate insights from their psychedelic journeys. These circles offer emotional support, guidance, and reflection, helping participants make sense of the profound psychological and spiritual experiences that often arise from psychedelics.
